Q: How do I charge my Love My Feels vibrator?
Each Feel comes with a USB charging cable. Attach the charger to your Feel's charging point and connect it to any USB port. A full charge typically takes 2 hours and provides up to 50 minutes of use.
Q: How do I know when it’s fully charged?
The LED indicator will stop flashing and remain steady once fully charged.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don’t ship internationally yet through our website but please send us an email at hello@lovemyfeels.com with your order and address and we’ll get back to you with what’s possible. Love My Feels currently ships to anywhere in Australia. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 3–5 business days. We also offer an express service if you would like.
Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days at hello@lovemyfeels.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a solution.
